i’ve come to this restaurant multiple times with my friends. the overall experience is pretty pleasant, the pizza is good and there are a lot of choices which is amazing but it can be a bit overwhelming. my only issue is that because of the size of the menu you would expect the waiters to be patient, but they continuously come to the table asking us if we were ready to order. i ended up having to order something random because i didn’t have the time i think i needed to properly read through it as it was already like the 4th time the server had come to our table to take our orders. so my suggestion is you either read through the menu at home (which im not even sure is available on their website) or you choose extremely quickly, because you will be continuously asked to order. also last time we went, the entire restaurant was empty and they had us sit super close to the entrance door, which is something i dont really understand. this whole situation is a bummer because other than this the staff is really nice, they even offered us an amaro after dinner which was really cute of them.
my only suggestion to the restaurant and the waiters is make sure you’re giving clients their time, especially when the restaurant is empty and you have no necessity in hurrying and serving, which is something i could understand on a busy day with a queue...
Read moreBest pizza I’ve ever had! Visited Napoli earlier this year, and after tasting many great pizzas (Michele’s, sorbillo’s, atillio’s), I made the trip to Gaetano’s and let me say: I was NOT disappointed. Excellent service, a fun dining environment, great drinks and delicious food. My girlfriend and I don’t speak Italian very well, but our waiter was so nice and accommodating. We ordered the Gioia and a margarita, as well as the angioletta with arugula - and WOW. Absolutely fantastic food. As we were finishing our meal, the maestro himself came by to say hello!! Truly feel blessed to have eaten at Gaetano’s - I can’t wait...
Read moreUn’esperienza sensoriale! I condimenti sempre ben bilanciati.
