An excellent fine dining experience. We had a great rapport with the server. As we didn’t feel like having wine again, we opted for a delicious gin and tonic. We also had a very helpful sous chef that came with every dish to explain what we are having. We started off with amuse-bouche - rice cracker with ricotta, dried tomatoes and lemon zest, paired with breaded slow cooked beef tongue in bechamel sauce. A great starter. The bread was especially well made with a high quality olive oil on the side. For the main course we had the pig suckling with zucchini, mint and apricot foam. The meat was flavourful and the crackling fresh and crisp. The fruity flavours go perfectly together with the pork meat. The second dish was pigeon with figs, in port sauce. The pigeon is served in different states of doneness - from raw to fully cooked depending on the cut. Subtle and tender. For dessert - chocolate mousse with rhubarb ice cream, topped with chocolate crispies and caviar. You get that mouth crackling and popping with the candy inside the crispies. The second desert is crepes with orange and basil. This dish is much more subdued than it appears, more tangy and sour. Overall it was a great experience. I wish we had the time to try the tasting menu, but this was great on its own. A wholehearted recommend.

Consigliato.

Consigliatissimo! Siamo stati a cena diverse volte in questo piccolo ristorante (credo abbia circa 30 coperti) e abbiamo sempre mangiato molto bene. Piatti ottimi e ben presentati. Servizio veramente gentile e attento ma, comunque, non ingessato. Il costo non è basso ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente più che corretto. Una certezza.

Consigliatissimo! Siamo stati a cena diverse volte in questo piccolo ristorante (credo abbia circa 30 coperti) e abbiamo sempre mangiato molto bene. Piatti ottimi e ben presentati. Servizio veramente gentile e attento ma, comunque, non ingessato. Il costo non è basso ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente più che corretto. Una certezza.

Location posta in pienissimo centro a Nettuno(RM).I tavoli hanno una mise en place minimal..ma ben curata..quasi da altare.La cucina e di altissimo livello.varie tipologie di cottura,di tecnica.piatti e sapori ricercati,innovativi. Quindi un grandissimo complimento allo chef e alla sua brigata. Il servizio ben eseguito,pregevole. Disponibili per ogni esigenza,consiglio. C'è poi la possibilità di poter scegliere alla carta,oppure seguire un menù degustazione ..che varia dalle sei alle 9 portate. Ovviamente cn prezzi differenti. Io consiglio vivamente di andare..è lasciarsi accompagnare,coccolare da questa altissima Cucina...anzi...

Un esperienza unica e raffinata alla scoperta di gusti delicati di alta cucina... menu semplice che accontenta tutti. Cantina oserei dire incredibile. Nel Ristorantino accogliente si respira un aria di serenità e musica soffusa e giusta attenzione al dettaglio. I consigli del ragazzo ( simpaticissimo ) che ha preso le ordinazioni ha saputo consigliare me ed i miei amici con dei piatti stuzzicanti e particolari e anche per il vino. Se volete la classica osteria per una abbuffata non è il posto giusto. Ma se cercate quello che difficilmente si trova in un ristorante è il posto giusto. Cucina di alto livello....
