The lady I've ordered with was very confused and got some of the order wrong (two instead of one brioche, she started giving me almond granita until her colleague openly told her she got the wrong flavour, so I got both in one). It would help to ask the guest instead of just bringing them the wrong thing, so I am deducting a star.
