Was unexpected as guidebook said no services any where near this nature reserve. Staff were very friendly and got two glasses of wine and two bread rolls (one with honey, the other with an olive pesto). Great and lovely area, is a safehaven if you head here and aren't carrying food and drink with you, but just felt a little overpriced and wine was in plastic glasses. Glad we decided to stop here for a quick bite and coffee after a visit to the nearby natural reserve. The place offers a tasty selection of various cold meals. While the portions were not abundant the food was delicious and well prepared. The coffee was also great. Ordering the food at the counter despite the communication barrier was also fine. La location è indubbiamente bellissima, ma purtroppo è l'unico aspetto positivo di questo locale. Il personale è estremamente maleducato e risponde in maniera offensiva ai clienti.

Il modo in cui preparano i panini è una vera e propria truffa per spillare soldi ai clienti. I panini vengono divisi in due parti e quando chiedi di aggiungere gli ingredienti, ti condiscono solo una metà del panino, lasciando l'altra parte praticamente vuota con solo un po' d'olio. Ad esempio, abbiamo chiesto un panino con tonno, cipolla e pomodoro, ma secondo la loro "logica", ci hanno servito una metà con tonno e cipolla e l'altra metà solo con olio e pomodoro.

È evidente che cercano di fregare i turisti, pensando che non capiscano bene la lingua e si accontentino di ciò che ricevono. Ma noi, essendo di Ragusa, non siamo caduti nella loro trappola.

Inoltre, la ragazza alla cassa e alle ordinazioni è completamente inappropriata, sia per mancanza di professionalità sia per maleducazione. Si ostinava a rispondere male ed è la più maleducata di tutto il personale.

Consiglio vivamente di evitare questo locale, a meno che non vogliate essere trattati male e prendere un panino che non vale il prezzo pagato. La bellezza della location non compensa la pessima esperienza...
