Disappointing and unreal. We had lunch on 2nd Oct.2025, Noventa Outlet. They tried to make an unusual presentation: the sandwich on the advertised photo was -overoverflowing- with stuffing, but what you got and what was presented, -unsatisfying indeed: you only had 20-30% of the ingredients stuffed; I felt cheated. Mi dispiace dover informarvi che la piadineria non è più quella di una volta. Ho avuto proprio oggi una esperienza davvero spiacevole. Dopo aver ordinato 3 piadine e atteso per circa mezz'ora, mi sono recato all'interno della struttura chiedendo alle 2 signorine che ci lavorano la motivazione, le quali mi rispondono che avevano per qualche strana ragione smarrito l'ordinazione. A quel punto dopo neanche essersi scusata, la ragazza alla cassa mi risponde : "2 minuti adesso e gliele facciamo"... Quindi dopo 5 minuti arrivano le piadine e...sorpresa! Una delle piadine non era assolutamente come quelle richieste ed in più al suo interno aveva della salsiccia cruda ( poiché ovviamente per fare di fretta avranno pensato di evitare di cuocerla direi io...). Disgustato sono rientrato all'interno, mostrando il mio evidente nervosismo e riportando l'ennesimo errore... A quel punto la ragazza finalmente si scusa e mi dice: "Se vuole le ritorno i soldi, decida lei" ed io a quel punto ho risposto: "guardi sto morendo di fame sinceramente, quindi per favore me ne faccia una per come richiesto" e lei risponde: "allora le tolgo la salsiccia da questa e le metto la mayonese"...😖...a quel punto non avevo più parole e le ho risposto :"faccia come vuole!". Cioè, robe dell'altro mondo...I un posto serio e professionale mi avrebbero come minimo rifatto la piadina gratis per gli inconvenienti... La prima e ultima volta...
