Fare un app è sicuramente un modo per farsi pubblicità, ma non giustifica nessuno ad essere ARROGANTE e SCORTESE, inoltre è stata un’idea di marketing del negozio mica dei clienti! Ottima l’iniziativa che mi ha permesso di conoscere il marchio e assaggiare il gelato sul quale non ho nulla da ridire, su parte del personale invece è da stendere un velo pietoso. “Scarica l’app e ti regaliamo una tavoletta di cioccolata”. Cartello 2x1 metri presente all’entrata del locale. Scarichi l’app e compare un coupon per avere gratis dei cioccolatini presentando il coupon alla cassa, poi rispondendo alle domande, facendo dei giochini e dando dei DATI PERSONALI accumuli dei punti attraverso i quali puoi avere altri coupon per prendere un gelato e una piccola barretta di cioccolato. Mie sorelle e due loro amici sono andati a prendersi i cioccolatini, due barrette e un gelato la scorsa settimana. Oggi vado con loro e con nostra madre e, data l’offerta ancora presente, decidiamo anche noi di scaricare l’app e prendere il gelato e lo prendono anche mie sorelle (perché l’altra volta non lo avevano assaggiato e perciò avevano ancora il coupon presente nell’app). Dato che io e mia mamma avevamo anche il coupon della piccola barretta mando mie sorelle a prenderla per assaggiarla a mia volta. A questo punto una delle commesse aggredisce mie sorelle in modo davvero sgarbato e maleducato. Una sola domanda, l’app è pensata per fare UN SOLO account ogni 10 familiari/amici? Altrimenti non si spiega! E se è così forse è meglio dirlo subito, non mettere un roll up di due metri fuori per pubblicizzare l’applicazione e fare in modo di inserire i proprio dati personali per poi essere trattati in questo modo. Se è scocciante dare 5 cioccolatini, un assaggio di gelato e una piccola barretta di cioccolato a chi scarica l’app, semplicemente NON FATE UN’APP di questo tipo! Il locale ha prezzi alti, ma ci sarei tornata per mangiare un gelato, tuttavia penso che non ci metterò mai più piede! Un consiglio, investite più sul personale e meno sull’app, cominciando da un buon corso...
