This cozy spot offers a well-curated selection of handmade pasta varieties and sauces, allowing guests to mix and match according to their preferences. It’s more suited for informal meals than a fancy dining experience, with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes it a great choice for a casual lunch or dinner after a day at the track.
During our visit, we tried the green cappellacci stuffed with burrata, served with cherry tomato confit. The combination was excellent—the pasta was fresh and perfectly cooked, while the filling was delicate and flavorful. The sweet, roasted cherry tomatoes added a bright contrast, elevating the dish beautifully. Breadsticks were offered at the table, and the option to sprinkle fresh Parmesan cheese added a nice final touch.
For dessert, Olesia truly impressed us. We ordered both the mascarpone cream and tiramisu. Each dessert was superbly executed—rich in flavor, with a clear homemade quality that made them stand out. The textures and presentation felt authentic and satisfying, the kind of sweet ending that makes a meal memorable.

Io ho mangiato una specialità della settimana :tortelli di zucca(tutto il condimento non lo ricordo, era elaborato). Ho bevuto mezza bottiglia di acqua, un calice di Sangiovese. Come dolce un semifreddo di zabaione e pistacchi. E un caffè.
