❌ NOT RECOMMENDED – AVOID THIS PLACE! They push you to sit down and say there’s table service, but what they don’t explain is that the price of each item automatically goes up by €1–€1.50 just because you’re at a table. On top of that, they add a 10% service charge – for service that is honestly terrible. They don’t provide a menu at the table, they don’t show you the prices. Even worse, the menu shown on Google is also wrong, which misleads customers into thinking they’ll pay much less than they actually will. If you don’t carefully check the bill, you might even end up paying for items you never ordered. I was almost charged more than 20€ for half a sandwich on sliced bread, one chocolate croissant, one café latte and one Red Bull. After questioning the bill, it was reduced to 17€ –...

The service was quite nice. The waiter was paying a lot of attention on us. Just that he suggested to order lobster which ended up as a disaster. It was the most meatless lobster ever had in my life. The whole dish was piled up with uncooked tomatoes, celery and fruit salad. I truly do not understand how can a waiter be so dishonest with his clients and tried to sell such a horrible dish to us. The spaghetti with seafood was also very salty and the seafood seemed to be precooked as they were totally cold on the plate. It was like a plate with quickly cooked Spagetti and cold seafood. Terrible service. Initially we were helped And served but then when we asked for the pastries.. nadda..Waiter took our order then never brought our food. We had to go inside and ask again, 4/5 other tables were served and then we had to get him a second time. Silly us, decided to order another drink due the rain, he said yes and then once again ignored us. So we gave up and left.. even the server's inside just ignored us. Maybe because our Canadian English order of 2 gin and tonics was hard to understand in Italian???...
