Pizzeria Strada 125 — Restaurant in Olbia

We dined at this establishment twice and the pizza is great. The boss lady is very nice and always smiling. She is always making sure everything is going smoothly and people feel comfortable dining at this pizzeria. The gentlemen working in the kitchen are friendly and amazing pizza makers.

The customer service is not 100% as the young lady that took our order forgot to bring the water to our table. During the second visit, the wrong drinks were served to us and when we asked for additional glasses, she turned around and rolled her eyes. If you are looking for a fast food place with quick and simple food then this could be the place for you. To be honest we were a little disappointed with our meal, firstly because everything was served on paper plates and even our glass of wine was served in plastic beakers even though people on other tables had glasses. Esperienza non positiva...su 6 ordini ne sono stati sbagliati 5...preciso che per ogni panino in fase di ordinazione è stato specificato che la richiesta era di un panino con impasto 125 pizza, ma di tutti i panini solo uno è arrivato con tale impasto. Per onor del vero c'è stato detto che l'avrebbero rifatti, ma avendo specificato già dall'inizio di aver a disposizione un tempo molto limitato per il pasto ci siamo tenuti i panini arrivati. Tra l'altro, quando ci sono arrivati i panini, la cameriera non sapeva neanche differenziare i panini che erano arrivati...ci ha detto che per capire la salsa presente nel panino avremmo dovuto aprirlo e verificare personalmente...ma stiamo scherzando???????? La cosa comunque che più ci è dispiaciuta è che in fase di pagamento del conto anziché scusarsi per l'inconveniente ci è stato detto con tono accusatorio che la comanda era arrivata in cucina senza quelle specifiche...beh, l'errore, mi dispiace dirlo era stato della cameriera avendo noi specificato ad ogni singolo panino il tipo di impasto desiderato...vi consigliamo di imparare a gestire meglio...
