Panificio Pasticceria Caffe Lai Contu — Restaurant in Orosei

The young girl at the till is very unfriendly and cheeky!! Even though we often tipped her more than €2 (which is not a matter of course for that kind of service and in Sardinia in general) Hopefully that she gets more respectful the next time but it got worse and worse. Several situations occurred: when we asked what kind of coffee she was preparing, she laughed mockingly and arrogantly and asked if we didn't even know what a latte macchiato was, although it looked completely different in our country. She meant something like "I didn't even think you were really that stupid". She treated us from above and even made us look stupid in front of her staff and other customers. She deliberately gave croissants with a very small amount of pistachio cream, even though we paid extra for it. Tourist hostile store and the girl should be taught respect for customers and people in general. Someone like that has no place in service....

Fresh bread available from quite early morning. Staff speaks good English and polite....
