Villa Fumosa Trattoria Pizzeria — Restaurant in Orosei

Good evening. I just got done eating at villa fumosa, and I have to say that the food was overall quite good, and for the price, you get to eat quite a lot. However, as you may tell, the review only has one star, and that's strictly because of the service provided by the waiters, specifically "Ayda", who made the entire dining experience completely uncomfortable and ruined me and my girlfriends' night out. First off, she kept getting way too touchy and personal with me, at one point going as far as stroking my hair while I was trying to browse the menu, in front of my girlfriend nonetheless. She then kept trying to start conversations with me while I was patiently waiting for my meal, conversations which I would have much rather has with my girlfriend. After kindly telling her that we were good and didn't need more assistance, she got visibly annoyed, audibly scoffing and walking away without saying a word. If you are headed here opt for the pizza it comes per meter and the restaurant clearly is a pizzeria. It gets busy early on with tourists and as a result they have expanded the menu to include pasta and other dishes which fall well short of expectations. The restaurant is well set and the staff polite and friendly but the food didn't quite cut it. We went on a recommendation and I am sure the pizza would have delivered but the pasta was miles off. The clams sat around the dry pasta in the centre as decoration rather than setting the sauce off. Shame but better to share than not to. Also if you fancy a beer choose the Mena Berra. Mamma mia … what happened here? Last year 2024 we had amazing pasta, couple of times during ours stay. We were dreaming about return to Orosei and get that pasta carbonara again. This year 2025 we checked menu online on menu there is pasta, then made a reservation via phone - no mentions that they do only pizza, we were seated and checked paper menu on spot - only pizza…ok we ordered pizzas, as we thought if they have pizza this year as good as pasta last year, its all good … and we were dissapointed. Pizza bellow average, soggy, not good at all, plenty of other spots in Orosei with better pizza without needed reservation and late seating … and cmon pizza...
