Our dinner at Zafferano was nothing short of extraordinary – easily deserving two Michelin stars. The restaurant specializes in fish and seafood, and everything we tasted was prepared with absolute precision and artistry.
We started with a stunning appetizer: tiny shrimp from the lagoon, fried whole and served over creamy polenta with a delicate cod mousse made with milk and cream. Then came a beautifully plated octopus dish with razor clams and a fresh young artichoke salad – a perfect balance of texture and flavor.
The grand finale: spaghetti cacio e pepe with scampi – a dish so rich and refined, it left a lasting impression.
This is not a tourist trap, but a place where you experience Italian cuisine at its finest, made for those who truly appreciate top-level cooking. Service was impeccable, the wine pairing spot on, and every detail of the evening felt carefully curated.
Zafferano isn’t just a dinner spot – it’s a world-class...

He hides himself behind by saying he does not know English, but he uses every word in English when taking to us. We hope the restaurant management can take actions to stop this type of behavior...
