Arrogant to say the least, had a booking for 10 people at 14:00, we were early, 15 mins after sitting us down at the table they told us to get up and wait outside for 20/25 mins as they wanted the table for someone else. And that it was our fault for being early, we told them that our booking was at 14:00 and it was 13:57 so it was time, yet they practically kicked us outside, just to have 3 locals seated at a table of 10 where we had been sitting. After 10 mins waiting outside, looking at these 3 people still sitting on a table for 10, it was obvious that they prefer locals to tourist and that no way we would be gettinga table any soon, so we left. Luckily we found an other place where the owner was super nice and even thanked us for trusting her to eat...

Hey, guess what? I had a blast at this adorable little spot in Palazzolo with my girlfriend yesterday evening! I was starting to get a bit frustrated because the waiters weren’t letting me order, but it turns out they were swamped because of the Pink night event. Premetto che è la prima volta che lascio una recensione di questo tipo. Ma questa volta è inevitabile non farlo. Siamo stati in questa pizzeria a Palazzolo e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente. Abbiamo ordinato le patatine pagate ben 4€ che sforzandosi sarebbe pure un prezzo onesto se soltanto nel piatto non ce ne fossero state 4 precise e per giunta salate. La pizza, tutto sommato, era buona come impasto e sapore, ma alcune pizze erano annegate nel liquido della mozzarella. In 4 hanno preso una pizza contentenente la rucola, ma abbiamo scoperto che fosse finita soltanto quando le pizze erano già arrivate (sarebbe stato cortese comunicarlo così in caso avremmo cambiato pizza). 2 pizze al centro avevano il difetto di avere la consistenza uguale a quella di un crackers o un' ostia. La pizza con i carciofi era annegata nell'olio stesso dei carciofi. Il servizio, però, è stato il vero punto dolente: abbiamo aspettato un’ora solo per ordinare una bottiglia d’acqua, e altri 20 minuti per ordinare il resto. Ci sono state portate numerose bottiglie di acqua tutte calde. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la birra alla spina che per carità, era fresca, ma completamente sgasata, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni al cameriere e ci è stato detto che è normale che la birra alla spina fosse così. Non sono un grande esperto di birre ma sono molto sicuro che il cameriere abbia detto una cavolata colossale. Mi dispiace lasciare questa recensione anche perché nel passato non mi sono trovato così male, ma ritornato dopo tanto tempo e aver consigliato la pizzeria ad una tavolata di 10 persone, c'ho fatto soltanto una...
