Twinslab Pizza — Restaurant in Perugia

During our holiday in Perugia, we had dinner here for at least 4 evenings. This because the pizzas are amazing! The service is super and the atmosphere is cozy. Even if you want to be outside the big city, this is the ideal place to relax and have a drink and a bite. The prices are also good and the pizzas are well worth it. It’s so hard to find good vegan pizza but the twins absolutely nailed it!! I had the notti d oriente with chickpeas cream, artichokes and lime zest and it was to die for. Definitely coming back for more.

This place has a good vibe. I especially liked the outside sitting area with all the plants and cosy lights.

Per questa prima volta, do solo 3 stelle! Accoglienza e personale, nulla da dire. La location carina ma troppo rumorosa, purtroppo dovuto anche a clienti troppo chiassosi. Ingredienti buoni e pizze saporite. Il problema è l'impasto, recensito da molti come miglior pizza napoletana... Il cornicione disegnato non va bene, soprattutto se avete un impasto che non sviluppa in cottura, forse troppo oltre i tempi e scarico di zuccheri. La stesura da rivedere insieme all'eccessivo uso di olio sopra i panetti e la farina di semola attaccata ovunque. Temperatura forno troppo alta e pizza non cotta bene.
