Botanic — Restaurant in Pesaro

Extremely pleasant place! Situated very good close to the beach, but also the rest of the city. Ate here from 3-4pm and it was a delight. Not too much sun and very little wind.

Service was great! Some of them had very limited English, but that’s to expect when outside the biggest cities in Italy. They were incredibly helpful, nice and natural. Just a great atmosphere here with good music and good times.

AVOID THIS PLACE. The menager has done an unacceptable thing just in front of me. We have complained about the wine - it was old, smelled very bad, and tasted as if the bottle stayed open for a long time. The waiter suggested he would open the new one, but the menager behind the bar rejected to do this, instead he wanted us to choose different one. Meanwhile, he took our glass and poured the wine back to the bottle!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never been this shocked in the restaurant. Ho voluto darvi una seconda possibilità, prendendo entrambe le volte l'aperitivo. Il cibo è scarsissimo, in più abbiamo aspettato tanto sia per ordinare e per essere serviti. Nonostante la prima volta abbiamo anche prenotato, volevamo sederci entrambe le volte fuori, dalla parte sinistra che non viene mai usata. Ancora campate scuse per non farci sedere lì, ad oggi non si capisce il perché. Forse la visuale è coperta. Boh! Alla fine sono io che pago e il cliente bisogna accontentarlo. Scontenti, siamo andati dentro. Abbiamo fatto notare che il tavolo ballava e il cameriere con gli occhiali da vista, non voleva cambiarlo, dopo tanto parlare, pure scocciato, ha portato un tavolo stabile. I camerieri sono scortesi, abbiamo chiesto se ci riportavano altre patatine e la cameriera risponde molto maleducatamente che appena aveva un attimo di tempo, le portava. Ha ignorato del tutto la nostra richiesta, non sono arrivate mai. Esperienza pessima, credo a mai più. Le piante sono da curare meglio, stanno morendo. Le foglie sono marroncine, anzi nere sia dentro il locale che quelle servite nei drinks. Qualità prezzo non va bene, da rivedere. Fate pagare molto per la quantità di cibo che arriva. Un' aperitivo vicino all'orario della cena é quasi una cena, dovete organizzarvi meglio e dovete essere più gentili e cortesi con i clienti se no non torna. Dovete sfruttare meglio lo spazio esterno che avete a disposizione. Mi riferisco all'area fuori, abbandonata che non usate mai. Migliorate la quantità del cibo all'aperitivo se no la gente va da un'altra parte. Perdete la clientela...
