Osteria Marconi — Restaurant in Pesaro

In simple terms: this is one of the best dinners in a long time. When I gave it a 5, I wasn't lying in the slightest, because this kitchen deserves only a 5. I ordered more than I wanted and more than I could eat. At one point I decided that I had to try the dessert too, because it can't all be perfect - CAN BE ! Without any exaggeration, every meal was perfecto (even tasted at the wife's). A simple family restaurant, but very very tasty. Great atmosphere and pleasant staff, you feel like you're visiting. They even treated us to some lovely tinctures afterwards.By the way, the wine they offered me...it was as if they knew my preferences. I don't often write reviews, but here I just have to share. We were so engrossed in the delicious food that we didn't take a any photo.

The food was above average, however depends on the dish: some were decent, while the others were not so good. The service, on the other hand, was terrible: extremely slow, forgetting about the orders - the only good thing was they were polite. Considering the prices, there are many other places worth visiting in Pesaro than this one.

Edit after the Owner's reply: Your response only confirms the lack of respect for your guests. If you consider yourself a master chef, cook for yourself; don't expose your customers to disappointment and waste of money. Service in a restaurant has a real impact on the overall experience of the place, but in your case, it's definitely negative – your approach sets a very poor example for them. Everyone makes mistakes; the art is being able to admit them – I hope you...

Un viaggio nei sapori autentici del mare: 5 stelle meritate!

L’Osteria Marconi, nel cuore di Pesaro, è la dimostrazione concreta che l’eccellenza può nascere anche in un contesto informale. Non un ristorante di lusso, ma un’osteria vera, dove la materia prima è sacra, la cucina parla con sincerità, e ogni piatto racconta una storia.

La cucina di pesce è protagonista assoluta, orchestrata con maestria da Davide, il carismatico oste dal temperamento frizzante, che riesce letteralmente a portare il sapore del mare nel piatto. La sua esperienza in cucine stellate si percepisce con chiarezza: tecniche raffinate al servizio della semplicità, senza mai tradire l’autenticità dei sapori.

I tagliolini all’astice sono pura poesia marina: pasta fresca perfettamente tirata, sugo intenso ma equilibrato, crostaceo protagonista, cotto con maestria. Un piatto iconico, che da solo giustifica la visita.

Parla uno che di pesce se ne intende: sono siciliano, di Catania, e da sempre appassionato di mare e cucina marinara — cotta e cruda. Trovare un livello simile al di fuori della mia terra è stata una scoperta entusiasmante.

A rendere l’esperienza ancora più memorabile, un servizio di sala impeccabile: il maître di sala, professionale, sempre cortese e disponibile, si è distinto per una pazienza zen — direi cintura nera di pazienza, dote rara quanto preziosa nell’ospitalità.

L’atmosfera è calda, accogliente, autentica. Un’osteria di nome e di fatto, con l’anima di chi ama davvero il proprio mestiere.
