Taverna Anxa in my home — Restaurant in Pescara

Oggi 19.02.2022 dopo aver prenotato 10 giorni prima un pranzo per 5, siamo arrivati al locale alle ore 13:00 trovando serrato la porta d'ingresso del locale, con estremo stupore ci siamo accorti che il locale era chiuso. Dopo vari tentativi di chiamata per capire cosa fosse successo, dopo mezz'ora il proprietario risponde che dovevamo aspettare ancora mezz'ora a causa di un problema che impediva l'apertura del locale, ossia avevano forato in autostrada, ma rassicurandoci che dopo questa mezz'ora qualcuno apriva il locale per il pranzo..... vi sembra normale senza che nessuno ci avissasse. Lascio ogni giudizio a voi se si tratta di una cosa normale. Abbiamo ripiegato in altro locale fortunatamente. Qui di non giudico se si mangia bene o male ma la professionalità in quanto il voto è 0 e per mio conto vi ho messo una croce su. 👎IN RISPOSTA AL TITOLARE Capisco l'incidente ma una attività per poter presentare delle vivande correttamente deve aprire la cucina al max 09:30 -10:00, so quello che dico in quanto ho avuto attività di ristorazione, quindi 10 - 13 sono 3 ore presumo che sia il tempo che lei ha perso nell'ingorgo, alquanto anomalo, quindi ammesso che sarebbe arrivato alle 14:00, come ci ha detto non oso pensare a che ora è cosa avremmo mangiato; quindi penso che sia sfuggita la prenotazione mi consenta che la cosa è molto grave. In Lanciano for the night, we’ve found the Taverna Anxa by chance. A very warm welcome by the team, father & mother and their son, and a very nice evening. The food is amazing, the fish & seafood extremely fresh and very well prepared. The wine list is a good mix between local and regional suggestions. The place is surprising, the atmosphere is family-like. We had a very good time, we keep a very good souvenir of our time...

we visited the restaurant for first time on Thursday 7th Jan 2021. We had lunch for six people.The ambiance of the restaurant was 5 star and the service was both professional and friendly. Between us we had a good cross section of the seafood available and we all agreed this was a meal of the highest quality and flavour. We will all return in the near future.
