Update my review;

Before reading my review, go and check the other reviews where people, for whatever reason, didn’t leave a positive rating. Look at how they respond! Instead of apologising and providing good customer service, they argue with people and reply in a rude manner. Unfortunately, they don’t even seem to know how to respond to their customers properly.

This is my reply to the owner;

Thank you for your response. To clarify: I didn’t make a “scene,” nor was I looking for a free meal. I simply shared honest feedback about the food. Customers are entitled to their opinions without being insulted or judged.

A professional response would have addressed my concerns instead of making personal attacks. I hope future feedback is met with more respect.

Second update and last one:

Sorry for the people who come to you in the future because if this is the way you reply to unhappy customers, it explains everything about your attitude and your failing service.

Your response is nothing short of embarrassing. Accusing a customer of shouting obscenities just to cover up your poor service is a disgraceful tactic. I was polite from the beginning, and the fact that you had to invent a false story shows how little integrity your business has.

Let’s be clear: you messed up, you failed to handle it professionally, and instead of taking responsibility, you tried to flip the blame onto the customer. That’s cowardly and pathetic.

Don’t talk to me about respect when you’ve shown none. If this is how you treat people who point out your mistakes, it says everything about the way you run your business. Customers deserve honesty and accountability.

Don’t expect another reply ,I don’t have time to go back and forth with you.

—————— !Let me be very clear!!! this was the worst dining experience ever. We ordered two pizzas and a kids’ chicken burger, but what arrived was a dark, old-looking piece of meat that was completely inedible. I stopped my child from eating it immediately. I even put a piece into a tissue and went to the counter to ask what it was.!!! The staff member simply said, It’s chicken!unbelievable, considering they serve this to children. I explained to her what a chicken burger actually is.

The pizzas weren’t much better. We left most of the food untouched and paid just to get out. Before leaving, I gave my honest feedback to the lady at the counter, and her only response was, Sorry.

Lovely evening watching the start of the euros football competition. Our waitress was lovely and spoke really good English. We had an escalope with fabulous curly potato’s and then an Italiano pizza. 2 lovely aperol spritz and a gorgeous bottle of Soave. Oh and a tartufo pizza(ice cream). No cover charge. Better than the 100 euro meal we had in Verona and the 90 euro meal we had in another restaurant in Peschiera. We will be back soon for sure, we need those curled potatoes again! Thank you...

We came late at night after a hot and humid day at lake como, the Pizza and beer from this place could not have been more fitting, perfect refill on the balcony late at night and the Carbonara pizza and Italiana we ordered was really good. I was unsure about the beer they served and asked for recommendations, the waitress gave me excellent advice and even let me have a taste before deciding.
