It was a successful evening at Brasserie Pampas. After a quick phone call to the team for a reservation for the evening, we got a table in the outdoor area when we arrived. Great ambience with a slight steampunk touch. Good music in the background and a highly motivated and absolutely friendly team that gave us great advice on questions about the menu. We had the bruschetta with lardo and honey as an appetiser. A dream! Served with Negroni and Aperol Spritz. The main course was a steak Fiorentina which tasted simply unspeakably great. Juicy, tender, good grill aromas. Served with homemade beans and crisps. We were thrilled. An espresso rounded off the evening in the middle of the Mediterranean, really cosy town centre of Pietra Ligure. Very family-friendly too! An amazing place for tasty burgers and different kinds of meat, good cocktails and a variety of beers to choose from.
A beautiful, well decorated place inside but the outside is also stunning, located under an old building.
The service is good and kind. Maybe they could just prepare the orders slightly faster.
