If you're flying from / to Pisa and got some spare time before / after your flight, you may walk out the airport, just 5 minutes and find a seat at Ippogrifo. Excellent sandwiches filled with tasty local products, friendly service, comfy tables outside, good price. Enjoy

Ambiance and staff 10/10. International, are able to converse in english, french, italien, turkish and kurdish. Snacks and pastry are their specialty, pasta portions should be a a bit bigger. Great karaoke place ( if u ask for the karaoke possibility).

OUTSTANDING....This is by far, the best hidden gem in all of Pisa, that you find by accident when walking from the airport into town...The Welcome to everyone is genuine and friendly. The coffee Americano is done just how I want it...toasted panini are divine, the wine pours are generous and its always bustling with locals and tourists..I can sit here for hours, people watching, chatting, consuming large quantities of food and drink....so when I pay the bill, its so reasonable that I walk away elated knowing I got the best deal in town...Give them a try,...

few minutes ago. I asked for a decaf cofee. I give 50 euros to the barman, exusing myself I do not have coins or smaller baconotes and so he has to give me back a change of 48.90 euros. He must get very upset because he uses a very bad expression with a bad word to me ( I am Italian, so I fully understand the significance of his remarks) . I just cannot believe what I heard. Also, no excuses from him afterwards! obviously , I willl not come back to this ultra-unfriendly...

Super nice food and drinks. Nice staff. Only thing that was puzzling was that there seemed to be a collaboration between the two nearby cafes/Bistros. Probably because of the small size on them. One had drinks and fastfood and the other had restaurant food. The Cafe came with the drinks and the other with the food. It was a bit loud music and guests that talked loud on the phone after a while that ruined...
