PepeOro® Restaurant Cafe — Restaurant in Pistoia

This place has a wonderful location (for those traveling by car, a nearby gas station will be very convenient), friendly staff and tourists are welcome here (if you, like me, are not a connoisseur of Italian cuisine, then be sure that they will help you with the choice no matter of you speak italian or not). The service is excellent, very clean (btw hygiene is especially important in the current covid situation). But since the review is about the restaurant, whatever you choose, be sure everything will be veeeeeery tasty! 😋Also note the presentation of the food. I highly recommend PepeOro for its exceptional service, delicious food, stunning presentation, inviting ambiance, and perfect music selection. The staff is incredibly friendly and will help you choose the best dishes, even if, like me, you don’t speak Italian. Siamo entrati in 5 poco dopo le 14, chiedendo alla signora alla cassa, presumibilmente la proprietaria se la cucina era sempre aperta. Avuta risposta positiva ci siamo seduti . Presenti altri 4 tavoli da 2 persone. Dopo 15 minuti preso l'ordine dei primi che arrivano dopo 25 minuti. Terminati i quali abbiamo atteso 20 minuti ma poiché il personale il sala, svogliato e poco attento era occupato ad annaffiare le piantine della terrazza, ho sparecchiato personalmente portando i piatti fuori dalla cucina chiedendo se venivano a prendere l'ordine dei secondi. Ci dispiace ma la cucina è chiusa adesso. E non potevi dirlo subito e prendevi l'ordine tutto insieme?? Personale davvero poco professionale e la signora che era alla cassa quando siamo entrati era già andata via.
