If you are chinese or english don't go! The worst chinese food I tasted yet. All sticky, or deep fried. Sushi is tasteless. I was horrified to find a bill of 180 euros at the end of our meal, for 3 children and two non drinking adults. First tried to charge us all including children for set menu and then I highlighted we didn't ask for all you can eat, and certainly didn't order much. So they changed it, and was 160. Tiny portions, cam eout in dribs and drabs, confident a few items we paid for never arrived. But hard to explain since our Italian is not so good. Apart from that no welcome, thank you or conversation, and there was no menu, it's all by scanning so you need to spend 30 mins searching through a tiny menu with no prices, to find out at the end you've been badly over charged! Who pays 4 euros for a green tea...tea bag and water! Won't be returning. And big shame as what they didn't know is we live here and are regular restaurant eaters, and not tourist as they assumed by the ridiculous prices. Also i might add that their is no prices anywhere not on line or when you scan the silly bar code, and if they were hidden somewhere it would take forever to click and go back and forward to find and select each one. Even on the website. It's not available. However my 5 euro green tea is and is clearly 3 euros on the menu...
Read moreGranted most people would go to an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurants for their fish, as a vegan, they had very few options.
When I explained that I am vegan, they said that the salad I ordered had no meat (pointing out that shrimp & fish were not considered meat for them). Eventually, they returned the salad and brought me a bowl of plain lettuce.
I ordered a soba noodle soup with veggies and they gave me wheat noodles. Then they refused to let me order more food until I finished it.
I had to beg them to cook me some vegetables. I asked the server if he could eat what they just served me and he was not empathetic at all! They had stir-fried vegetables but with meat but the server said that they were not allowed to make modifications.
Finally, they gave me a small plate of vegetables, so I can mix it with the plain lettuce they served me previously. I asked for seconds and was rejected saying that they would get in trouble for helping me.
Overall, it was the worse experience I have had dining out. Unfortunately, not an accommodating place. There are so many other places to experience than to return back...
