My go-to pizzeria! Both owners Camellia & Lapo are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The atmosphere is cozy, and you can tell that a lot of love and care goes into everything they do. I absolutely love their pizza with melanzane (eggplant) and extra mozzarella—it's so deliciously cheesy and full of flavor! Although this combination isn’t on the menu, they’re more than happy to customize it to suit your taste, which really adds a personal touch. Great pizza and service. Away from the city center you'll find Lo Scimpanze, hosted by Camilla and Chef Owner Lapo, both were very friendly. I had a truffle mortadella pizza that was delicious. This is a very thin crust with high quality ingredients. Once the initial flavors of the generous portion of truffle mortadella subsided, a super creamy flavor of the Mozzarella came through. Pizza non malema il resto..... Siamo stati per un compleanno, eravamo circa 17 persone sistemati su 2 tavoli separati(🤔mah...), ottima la scelta di una saletta a parte per evitare di infastidire altri clienti e viceversa.. ma ahimè cameriere che non sapevano neanche che pizze stavano servendo, abbiamo finito di cenare alle 22:30 con il forte odore di detersivo che arrivava dalla sala interna adiacente, inoltre quando ci siamo diretti a pagare il conto siamo rimasti sconvolti dal fatto che nonostante il numero di persone ancora a cena, avevano già ripulito la macchinetta del caffè non permettendoci di poter prendere il caffè dopo cena! Ciliegina sulla torta... al saldo del conto di €18,30 a testa quando chiediamo "sorridendo" di fare cifra pari, ci rispondono che non è possibile perché lo scontrino fiscale era emesso ma palesemente....
