Fresella caffè & cucina — Restaurant in Pontecagnano Faiano

We just had the most delicious, healthy and surprising lunch at Fresella. The restaurant is located in an industrial area close to a tennis court. We went there because we were super hungry while drinving on the highway. The restaurant is so pretty and cute! It's really nicely decorated.

A metà di un viaggio sulla E45 ci siamo fermati qui attratti dalla vicinanza all'uscita dell'autostrada, dalle buone recensioni e dai menù 'abbastanza economici '. In realtà i prezzi alla carta erano completamente diversi, come potete vedere dalle foto che accompagnano questa recensione, ma questo ci può anche stare visto che abbiamo pranzato il 2 giugno. Non ci sta invece tanto il tempo di attesa visto che abbiamo ordinato un antipasto ed un secondo (brasato e baccalà alla mugnaia piatti non cucinati al momento). Ma soprattutto, non ci sta che del brasato ho dovuto lasciarne la metà, come si vede dalla foto, poiché non riuscivo proprio a masticando : carne dura e nervosa anche se di buon sapore. Il brasato è un piatto che deve cuocere tantissimo,  la carne deve essere tenerissima, si deve tagliare con la forchetta. Il gusto profondo e armonico: vino, aromi e carne ben amalgamati e salsa densa e lucida: non troppo liquida e ben emulsionata. Gli altri commensali hanno trovato i loro piatti gustosi e saporiti ma il brasato purtroppo non è un piatto da improvvisare e che non tutti sanno cucinare a regola d'arte.
