M.I.C. RAMEN PORDENONE — Restaurant in Pordenone

The Ramen was much better as recent as 2 weeks ago the portion size has been reduced/lack of veggies that once came in the bowl. The flavor is now lacking as if the preparation has been shortened or more water is being added as the day progresses. Overall a decent experience but if your looking for great quality it seems the window for that opportunity has been closed. I hope they can revert back to the ways they were doing business before.

I have been delighted to see a menu change and proper flavor has come back to this place. I would strongly recommend anyone coming to have some Ramen here. The kazan bowl is massive a bowl for two people. Incredible flavor perfect balance of veggies to meat, perfectly cooked eggs. Everything has been delicious

Update to update Dec 4 2024: Recent update on menu new options that pack a load of flavor they are doing the best they can when they offer spicy food but really could benefit from experimenting with Thai chili pepper variations to keep the flavor profile while boosting heat for those that love spicy.

UPDATE: Me and my husband went back and we ordered a fried chicken ramen and a tonkatsu ramen. We got it to go. It was really good, the broth was so rich, the meat was melting and they were extremely nice to the point of giving me the food for free since last time they messed it up. I think when they first opened they were truly too busy and mistakes can be made. I’m so glad I gave it another shot!

Me and my husband just got take-away. A truffle chicken ramen, a fried chicken ramen, crispy bacon gyoza and 2 boba tea. They mixed up the 2 broths and we didn’t notice until we added the noodles and meats into the broth. The chicken was extremely dry we couldn’t even eat it. Mic Ramen è un vero paradiso per gli amanti del ramen! Ho avuto il piacere di assaporare diversi piatti del loro menu e sono rimasto completamente conquistato.

Lo"Spicy Miso Ramen" è una vera esplosione di sapori. Ho optato per il livello di piccantezza più basso, perfetto per chi non ama il piccante. Il sapore era eccezionale, con una profonda ricchezza di sapori. Una vera delizia per il palato.

Oltre al mio piatto principale, ho assaggiato gli altri ramen ordinati dai miei amici.

Il Veggie Ramen è un'ottima alternativa vegana, con un brodo di verdura delizioso e un profumo che mette subito fame, una scelta eccezionale che dimostra l'attenzione del ristorante a soddisfare tutte le esigenze culinarie.

Il terzo piatto, l'Ebi Kushi Karage, è un capolavoro di sapori, il brodo ricco di carne e gamberone accompagna perfettamente il sapore del pollo fritto (Tori Karage),un connubio di gusto che consiglio a tutti di provare.

Gli antipasti sono altrettanto sorprendenti, i Grilled Pork ravioli di carne alla griglia sono un'esplosione di sapore che mi hanno fatto scoprire il mio amore per la Meat Floss😋, mentre i Crispy Bacon🧀🥓, e i Grilled Vege con avocado fresco e pomodorini secchi 🥑🍅sono autentiche prelibatezze che offrono una varietà di gusti unici.

Il tocco finale sono stati i Bubble Tea,  il Jigglypuff(Consigliatissimo) è stato il mio preferito, con la sua freschezza fruttata,e per gli amanti dei gusti più dolci invece il Chopper è una delizia da non perdere.

Il locale è un tripudio di anime giapponesi, perfetto per gli appassionati del genere e per le famiglie. Il personale è sempre sorridente cordiale e disponibile il che rende l'ambiente ancora più piacevole e familiare , il servizio è veloce e la colonna sonora a tema anime completa l'esperienza in modo magico.
