Abbiamo scelto panini che debbo dire sono risultati essere molto gustosi, ben preparati e di una qualità superiore alla media. Anche le patatine erano stuzzicanti. Unico ma grave errore: il sabato sera se vendi panini con la cipolla caramellata non puoi averla finita alle 20:30, è oltremodo assurdo.

Le cameriere sono gentili ed educate. Il problema è che se ordiniamo 7 panini, non puoi portarne 5 subito e 2 dopo 20 minuti. Non che sia colpa delle cameriere, ma denota un’attenzione al servizio un po’ scadente. Idem l’attesa per i panini: circa 40 minuti. Va bene, era sabato e c’era il pienone ma questo non può essere un’attenuante. Da migliorare.

Molto bello il modo in cui è stato arredato, diverse tipologie di tavoli (alti, bassi). Sede con gruccia sulla sommità in modo da poter appendere la borsa per le “ladies”, cosa che ho trovato molto geniale. Però anche in questo frangente nel locale faceva freddo. E a febbraio non posso godermi il tepore e mangiare in santa pace se ho freddo (e come me qualche altro aggregato del tavolo). Inoltre ci è capitato un tavolo vicino all’ingresso, quindi ad ogni apertura porta eravamo investiti da un soffio d’aria abbastanza fastidioso. Senza contare un’altra cosa decisamente flop: la cameriera prendeva le ordinazioni, la gente entrava per chiedere un tavolo e non c’era un filtro che permettesse a questi clienti di parlare con qualcuno per capire se potevano mangiare. Risultato? La cameriera ha sospeso il nostro ordine ed è andata appresso ai clienti chiedendo di pazientare un attimo. Si è poi scusata per il disguido (ma qui la colpa non è di certo sua).

Si meriterebbe 4 su 5, ma come accennato alla sezione “CIBO” se alle 20:30 di sabato sera ti manca un banalissimo ingrediente (cipolla caramellata) mi aspetto quantomeno che tu ci faccia uno sconto. Invece il titolare ha fatto finta di nulla. Gli abbiamo fatto presente la cosa: in primis ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla (è il tuo locale, accidenti), in secondo con una certa riluttanza ha tolto 1€ a chi aveva il panino senza cipolla. Insomma, non proprio una bella figura.

CONCLUSIONI:

Fosse per la recensione ed il tipo di serata, avrei preferito dare 2 stelle totali, ma ritengo che il posto abbia del potenziale. Per cui ci ritornerò e verificherò se le mancanze segnalate sono migliorate o meno: nel primo caso sarà mia cura scrivete una nuova recensione, con le stelle...
