Located in an unassuming spot on Elba Island, this sushi gem absolutely blew me away. It’s some of the best sushi I’ve ever had—unexpected, but unforgettable. The chef is not only incredibly friendly, but trained in authentic Japanese technique. Every piece was crafted with care, and the fish? Incredibly fresh, delicate, and flavorful.

Incuriositi dalle belle recensioni abbiamo cenato da Sergio. Il nostro giudizio è assolutamente in linea con le 5 stelle che tutti hanno assegnato all'esperienza. Sergio è un "padrone di casa" gentile e disponibile con cui è piacevole parlare, ma il meglio di se lo da nella preparazione del cibo. Sembrerà strano, in fondo si tratta di pesce crudo, riso bianco, qualche alga e poco altro, ma ecco che Sergio fa la magia. Un sushi fresco, equilibrato nei sapori e nelle proporzioni, un perfetto accostamento (ottima la maionese all'aglio sul sushi di salmone scottato!), uramaki, nigiri e hosomaki piacevoli alla vista e soprattutto al palato. Insomma, consigliatissimo....
