While visiting in early April 2019 the owner was working on installing an outdoor heater and doing pre summer maintenance. We were walking around for a while looking for a restaurant that was open, one after the other, all had their shops closed. Then we walked upon Morsi e Bocconi, and the owner was more than happy to stop his repairs and make us some some lunch. He whipped out all the silverware, got us a cappuccino and a canned soda, took the order and within 10 minutes had 2 pizzas, that I can honestly say, was the best pizza we've ever had. No bull! Simple ingredients made for the freshest pizza we've ever had. It was so good, that we went back 2 days later around the same time of day, and once again, the owner welcomed us to sit down and have lunch. Review: Waited an hour in total when they told us it will only be 10 minutes for outside - when others (non reservation/ walk ups) took our future seats - we made sure to take the next available table to make sure no one walks up and takes it again to wait - then 30-45 mins later the staff told us we can’t sit here there is someone infront of us with - when everything had been communicated prior and then essentially ignoring us even after calling to them and going inside.
