Unfortunately, this was the worst grilled octopus I’ve ever had. I genuinely don’t understand how anyone thought it was acceptable to serve it—it smelled terrible, looked unappetizing, and was completely inedible.

I get that this is a budget-friendly place (though €14 for the octopus isn’t exactly cheap), but there’s a difference between simple and affordable, and just bad. The fake flowers with feathers didn’t help the atmosphere either—if anything, they made it feel more tacky than charming.

This is arguably the best place to have a dinner on the entire island, and we’ve eaten in at least a dozen other places so far. The quality to price ratio is through the roof and portions are generous and super tasty. If that’s not enough, the place has this true Italian thing in it - the atmosphere, the authentic people. Wir waren heute aufgrund der sehr positiven Rezensionen in diesem Lokal essen. Wir achten immer darauf, nicht in die klassischen Tourifallen zu geraten und dachten wir wären hier auf der sicheren Seite. Die Preise sind auf den ersten Blick normal, jedoch bekommt man nicht das, was man für den Preis erwarten würde. Wir hatten Spaghetti alla Scoglio und Spaghetti mit Lachssoße. Die Spaghetti alla Scoglio war geschmacklich gut, jedoch nichts Überragendes. Fast die Hälfte der Muscheln waren geschlossen und konnten nicht verzehrt werden. Die Spaghetti mit Lachs waren auf Kantinen-Niveau und mit dem Fisch wurde sehr gespart. Die Portionen fielen größenmäßig sehr unterschiedlich aus. Dazu hatten wir noch eine Pizza Napoletana bestellt, auf die wir recht lange warten mussten (Sie kam erst eine viertel Stunde nachdem wir die anderen beiden Gerichte schon gegessen hatten - wir haben alles gleichzeitig bestellt) Diese ähnelte eher einem Flammkuchen mit flüssigem Belag.
