Abbiamo scelto quattro menù degustazione: l’antipasto era composto da quattro portate, tra cui due parmigiane dal gusto spettacolare, mentre le altre due, pur ben cucinate, risultavano un po’ anonime in confronto. Il primo, un cacio e pepe con tartare di salmone, aveva un gusto delicatissimo e molto bilanciato. Il secondo, un polpo scottato con patate, era perfetto nella porzione e nel sapore; unica nota leggermente critica, la salsa d’accompagnamento, forse un po’ scarsa come quantità perché buonissima — ma si tratta davvero di voler essere pignoli.
