What an absolutely wonderful place. Fantastic owner chefs and the taste of Sardinia found in a top quality delicatessen. Handmade pasta, sauces, quiche, fritata, polenta and so much more. Semplicemene meraviglioso!! Cinzia ed Emiliano, i 2 titolari, sono 2 talenti nati, oltre alla bravura che li contraddistungue, cercano solo materiali doc e a km 0, che hanno un sapore favoloso. A pranzo ho mangiato pardulas salate ripiene di verdure (pasta fatta e ricetta inventata da Cinzia), i culurgiones fatti anche questi a mano da Cinzia, ripieni di patate, pecorino e menta, un'esplosione nel palato di gusto, sapori veri di una volta e tanta bontà!! Inoltre non ho saputo resistere alle lasagne vegetariane fatte con pesto e pomodorini freschissimi di Pula e per finire melanzane al pomodoro, deliziose!!
