Terrible Dining Experience – Awful Service & No Accountability

I recently visited Rjega with high hopes, but the experience was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we sat down, the service was indifferent and unprofessional. The staff seemed uninterested in ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and our complaints were completely ignored.

To make matters worse, they forgot multiple dishes we ordered. When we pointed this out, the response was dismissive—no apologies, no effort to fix the mistake. It felt like they simply didn’t care. Frustrated, we decided to leave and only paid for the dishes we actually received. Even then, not a single apology was offered as we walked out.

The lack of basic customer service and accountability was shocking. I’ve never felt so disregarded at a restaurant before. Avoid this place if you expect decent service or even basic courtesy. There are far better options where customers are...

Ok, we ordered a table before we arrived. We got to our table in no time. The waitresses were very nice and friendly. The food got to our table in a short amount of time. Very good so far. The food itself was ok in MY opinion I think it was over priced for the food itself. don’t get me wrong here. The meals were not small and not too much. Just the right amount even a little more. You couldn’t get hungry after this. But something was missing to justify the price. I can’t point out the reason why but something was not tasty enough.

Disappointing, all the dishes me and my husband ordered came at different times (one at a time) so we always had to wait for one another. We had to remind the waiters twice about one of our mains and one of our desserts as they always forgot them. Schlutzkrapfen were served with fridge-cold filling and when I told the waitress she came back from the kitchen saying that “for the chef they were cooked”, as if it was me being dramatic. At least we were not charged for them…probably best to have pizza...
