Schlechteste Schweinshaxe meines Lebens! Das Fleisch so trocken, dass ich die äußeren Ränder abmachen musste da es eher an Zahnstocher als Fleisch erinnerte und die Kruste war zu vergleichen mit einer Schuhsohle! Da auch kein scharfes Messer geliefert wurde, hatte das normale leider keine Chance die Kruste zu schneiden...
