Guys, all cool, BUT, please learn to respect the FEMALE SINGLE visitors!!! When I came in, the big family was before me, they immediately got a menu and an attention. The waitress was almost immediately coming up next to me, but NOT bringing me a menu and asked what I wanted to order. Guys, it would be nice to pay me, as a SINGLE FEMALE visitor the same attention, as to big companies. I got it, it's a business...

Siamo stati in questo ristorante di recente e, nonostante alcuni problemi nel servizio, il cibo ci ha davvero soddisfatti.

All’arrivo ci è stato detto che c’era posto, ma in realtà il tavolo a noi destinato era ancora occupato. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare a lungo prima di poterci sedere, quando sarebbe stato più corretto informarci subito della situazione o almeno avvisarci dell’attesa. Una volta accomodati, il servizio non è migliorato: dopo aver ordinato, altre persone arrivate dopo di noi hanno ricevuto i loro piatti prima (questo è stato l’aspetto più fastidioso), e uno dei nostri ordini non è mai stato servito. Dopo un’attesa prolungata, abbiamo preferito cancellarlo per evitare di rimanere ancora più a lungo. Inoltre, i piatti non sono arrivati tutti insieme, tanto che mentre una persona del nostro gruppo stava ancora mangiando, ci sono stati portati i caffè.

Nonostante questi disguidi, dobbiamo dire che il cibo era davvero buono e ben preparato. Alla fine, il personale ha cercato di rimediare offrendoci dei sacchettini di Haribo in segno di scuse, un gesto apprezzato ma che purtroppo non ha compensato del tutto i tempi d’attesa e l’organizzazione del servizio.

Se il servizio fosse più efficiente e le attese più contenute, l’esperienza sarebbe stata...

Wahnsinnig Bodenständiges, Sympatisches Restaurant mit super Nachmittagskarte. Südtirol Traditionele Malzeiten.

Nicht nur kleine Häppchen, da sind auch Hauptspeisen drauf!! Wir waren sehr Hungrig um 16.00 da, und da gabs zum Glück diese Hauptspeisen auf der "kleinen" Karte auch schon. Nicht üblich in Südtirol.

Wir haben also einmal die viel Gelobten Rippchen und einmal die Stelze bestellt.

Wartezeit Top, und dann waren die 2 Schätze am Tisch. Und was soll ich sagen..... Rin Traum das Essen!!! Kartoffelsalat mega Geil, Sauerkraut aussergewöhnlich gschackig und Die Stelze; aussen Knusprig und innen zart und Saftig. Der Knochen hat sich ohne eizeres abgelöst vom Fleisch. Eine absolute 10 von 10 Bei den Rippchen dasselbe. Vorallem war da noch richtig viel Fleisch drauf. Die Rösti-laibchen dazu Perfekt. Dazu Portionen, an denen nicht gespart wird. Braucht also viel Appetit ums zu schaffen. Wir habens leider nicht ganz geschafft.

Aber da war der super sympatische Kellner zur Stelle und hat uns ungefragt eine Box zu Tisch gebracht, so dass wir den Rest noch mitnehmen konnten. So ein Restaurant sucht seinergleichen auf unserem Südtirol tripp finde Ich.
