McDonald's — Restaurant in Ravenna

I arrived here thinking that my offers which get changed in the app based on where im would have worked, but instead it changed the offers for the McDonalds outside of the themepark, and to top it off they tell me that they only serve Large meals no medium or small, and to top it all off i ask the lady why my offer wasn't working and I don't get an answer, worst McDonald's in all of Italy it's a straight !!!!!SCAM!!!!!!, If you are feeling hungry take McDonald's outside before entering or eat somewhere else, it's crowded to the top and the service is slow, the food is not even good because it's thrown together with no care, and it's not registered in the McDonalds app even so the offers that are large menus and pay in app can't be used, if they have this scam going on and it's inside a theme park the possibility that the workers are getting payed triple what any other McDonald's worker would be getting but still have attitude and bad service is shocking, if you apply for a job and you are even getting payed more than minimum wage no reason to be...

Sono le 16, ho deciso di comprare un Mc Menù al McDonald a Mirabilandia. Poca gente nessuno sembra avere fretta. Sono le 16:10 e tocca a me ordinare, ma niente da fare, arrivano le 16 25 e nessuno sembra volermi servire, tutti sembrano impegnati in chiacchere le quale sembrino soddisfare il personale ma faccendo irritare i clienti. Finalmente alle 16:30 un commesso sembra aver notato il mio mood alquanto stressato e decide di venirmi a servire. Dopo essere stato informato che, diversamente dagli altri McDonald, non si poteva usufruire delle offerte per chi possieda l applicazione, che le salse che abitualmente sono gratuite si debbano pagare a parte, decido di ordinare un McMenu con un crispy ma a quel punto vengo interrotto e informato che sono disponibili solo menù maxi. Essendo pomeriggio inoltrato e avendo già pranzato non avevo per niente voglia di questa variante di mole. Essendo già li da mezzora decido di acquistare ugualmente questo "menù". Chiedo un crispy senza salsa e vengo puntualmente deriso dal commesso riguardo il mio apparato degustativo. Vengo servito e me ne vado alquanto...
