a nightmare. the waiter was rude and drank on the job, seeming drunk and tipsy. the owner was condescending and glared at us for the entire meal. the waiter couldnt even speak proper english and was acting as if he was annoyed with us. the food was the worse part!!! the meat was RAW. pretty sure i caught salmonella from that microwaved-ahh steak. and the food ended up being expensive too! worst-spent 65 euros of my entire life. just plain disguting. the chicken burger wasn’t even chicken breast it looked and tasted disgusting and the burger didin’t have neither cheese nor sauce. please dont waste your time on...

There were 3 of us on our table, and 2 other small groups of people had already been served and were eating. We ordered one pizza, 1 piadina to share and it took them more than 30 minutes to serve us. They also forgot to serve us the drink we ordered. The food had zero taste. I think this was one of the worst pizzas I ever had in my life. It tasted like microwaved pizza. Piadina was also tasteless. Really unfortunate to eat such poor food in...

Maleducazione, ritardi e zero professionalità: da evitare assolutamente

Esperienza da dimenticare. Locale trascurato, atmosfera fredda e personale scortese. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati trattati con arroganza, come se infastidissimo semplicemente per aver deciso di sedersi a un tavolo.

I tempi di attesa sono stati assurdi: 30 minuti per due Coca. un’ora e un quarto per due hamburger, senza nessuna giustificazione valida. Nel frattempo, il personale perdeva tempo chiacchierando e discutendo con altri tavoli, totalmente disinteressato al fatto che c’erano persone in attesa da un'eternità.

Alcuni clienti hanno provato a farlo notare, ricevendo come risposta che “sta iniziando la stagione" come se fosse una scusa accettabile per offrire un servizio imbarazzante e un atteggiamento da “ti sto facendo un favore"

Servizio lento, zero attenzione al cliente e un comportamento che rasenta la maleducazione. Se questo è l’inizio della stagione, c'è poco da sperare per il resto. Sconsigliato con forza.
