Ristorante Pizzeria da Massi e Claudia — Restaurant in Riccione

Me and a couple of friends decided that we wanted some pizza and we sat down do eat there came a bigger size woman who took our order but instead of writing my order down she wrote on my shoulder with a pen. Also there wasnt very warm but she was on the bigger side so i think she had it a little hot cause she dripped sweat all over my friend while taking our order. we got our food but i was afraid to eat it because mabey she dripped sweat on it. Then we got done eating and wanted to pay but when we pay EVERYBODY needed to pay an extra 2 euro for service but the only service we got was a plus size woman sweating on us. and it didnt say anywere that every single person had to pay 2 euro and they didnt tell us till after. and we were 8 persons so we had to pay 16 euro for that. but we recistet to pay the money and then the pluto size woman and man called us the b-word and the c-word and then called the police on us. And while they were waiting they smoked at least 3 cigarettes each in the resturant wich is against the law. so i dont like...

The staff were very rude. The waitress (morbidly obese) drew “Fanta” on the shoulder of one of the guys with a pen and had an overall rude voice! She had a hard time keeping up with the climate and subsequently dropped sweat onto another guy!! On top of the food they charge an additional service fee (for their nonexistent rude service - the pizzas weren’t sliced and we had to pour the drinks ourselves) for each one sitting at the table. This is NOT stated on the menu. We refused to pay 8x service fee and were called the c-word, b-word more than once! They even called the police which ended up arriving after three failed call attempts! After about fifteen minutes the police arrived; meanwhile the owner had smoked no less than three cigarettes inside the kitchen!

Pessimo posto e pessima proprietaria. Ci sediamo, chiediamo di ordinare e arrivano dopo mezz'ora. Nel frattempo la proprietaria dalla cassa si era sposata in cucina a lavare i piatti. E in tutta la sua "raffinatezza" ci URLA: " la cucina è chiusa, dovete aspettare mezz'ora almeno, prendete le pizze". Intanto, quello che prendo lo decido io e non di certo tu carissima, dopodiché se non ce la fai a gestire tutto lascia solo la pizzeria. E nel frattempo assumi anche personale. Tavolo da sette qualcuno decide di prendere le pizze e altri la frutta (presente nel menù, nessuna richiesta fuori menù) ci viene detto che la frutta non avevamo ancora avuto il tempo di tagliarla (ore 21:00). Dopo aver proposto di tagliarla io la frutta, ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via. Prima di sedervi per mangiare chiedete se ha bisogno di aiuto in cucina o se ce la possono fare, e soprattutto se può effettivamente considerarsi anche RISTORANTE. Mi sono dilungata troppo ma la scarsa igiene devo accennarla, quindi occhio alla salmonella.

Caro proprietario, non ho bisogno di controllare cosa scrivo, il locale è quello. Foto e indirizzo corrispondono, quindi non prendiamoci per i fondelli. Quella sera (esattamente il 2 giugno CA) era presente una sola cameriera, una signora molto "garbata" (robusta con capelli cortissimi, evidentemente non lei la proprietaria ok) che, mi ripeto, dalla cassa si è sposata in cucina per lavare i piatti e in cucina era presente una signora che cucinava. Con la sua risposta non fa altro che confermare che gestisce un locale PESSIMO, può solo far finta che sia io ad aver sbagliato. Ma parliamoci chiaro credo proprio che sia lei, con i suoi collaboratori ad aver preso un palo bello grande. Preferisca...
