La Botte — Restaurant in Rimini

The price does not match the quality and portion sizes. We ordered pizza and salad and got pizza with super thin dough and lettuce leaves with 3 tomato wedges. This salad should be free, it doesn't cost 8 euro. The pizza probably weighed 200 grams. The pizza cost 13 euros, the salad 8 euros. But the worst thing is that they include a service charge of 2 euros per person in the bill without the customer's knowledge. That is, if a person ate, for example, only a pizza for 10 euros, then 2 euros for service will be included in the bill. An attempt to explain to the waiter that this was a deliberate deception of the customer was unsuccessful. The waitress explained that word "COPERTO" wrote on all their menu, and everyone should guess that this word "COPERTO" means service charge. By the way, "COPERTO" is written in Italian even on the English menu. Although according to the law on consumer protection they must write this information in a way that is understandable to everyone, that is if a person reads the menu in English then the word "COPERTO" must be written in English. ,,The place" We were here in April, first time in Italy. We searched for the real italian food experience and we trully finded it. This place it's giving the vibe of a italian home.The food is more than delicious and the personal beats off all. The family who runs the business is more than friendly, they are professional but did not forget to keep the warmness of autentic italians. I must say they have a treasure, Giorgio ,by far the most warm, friendly ,good with recomandation waiter we haved seen. Always fresh, positive and joyfull. All in all we felt like at our friends house not as turists in this place, we felt like leaving our friends behind when we ended our holliday. An experience we wont't forget, and peoples that for sure make the world a little bit tastier and joyful. We sincerely hope to come back in the future. Told the young waiter table for 3, he asked us to wait. While waiting, we were looking at the menu. Suddenly another 3 person came & got seated immediately by a fat old waiter. We asked why, the fat old waiter just mentioned in Italian that we were only looking at the menu & continue to ignore us. We complain to the young waiter but he said he can't do anything because the fat old waiter is the Boss. This is the first time here experiencing this kind of rude attitude Italian. We walked off to another nearest restaurant called Pizzeria De Vincci & happily spend €150.00 with better quality...
