Terrible service, a rude and very unhappy waiter (didn’t smile even once to me, no questions about if the food or wine tasted well etc.). I asked for a table towards the street (for the wind and bc I’m a smoker). The waiter said no because you would have to be a company of 3 people or more to sit there. During my entire visit 10 of these tables were available... I asked for a glass of very dry wine, guess what I got a glass of a very sweet and fruity wine. Didn’t have the energy to complain about this to the “happy” waiter.

Then the food... I ordered a shrimp and tuna salat. I got 3 shrimps and like two tablespoons of tuna the rest was salad, very bitter cucumber slices, and two slices of tomatoes. Judge for yourself by the picture.

The bread felt like it had been sitting in the sun for two days. It took about two minutes to chew and swallow a piece. I didn’t get any butter, oil, cheese etc to the bread as well.

Our experience at this restaurant was highly disappointing. Firstly, the waiter approached my boyfriend and me without offering us a menu, despite having one in hand. Instead, he placed the menu on another free table, and we had to ask for it, which felt quite rude.

Secondly, the waiter accidentally tripped over my boyfriend’s feet and then made a rude face at us, even though my boyfriend apologized for the incident.

When we ordered wine and tasted it, we found it unsatisfactory and requested to change it. However, the waiter refused our request. Additionally, we noticed the waiter was throwing hand wipes to other clients, which seemed unprofessional. He gave hand wipes to everyone except us, further adding to the sense of poor service.

To top it all off, when we asked for our change, the waiter threw the money on the table and sarcastically said, “Is okay, yes?” This behavior was incredibly disrespectful and left a sour taste in our mouths.

Overall, the service was rude, and the experience was awful. It completely ruined our day. I do not recommend...

Un ristorante di pesce e carne che ha dei piatti veramente molto buoni: tagliata buonissima, buonissime cozze e vari piatti di pesce ugualmente squisiti. Offrono anche taglieri molto buoni di salumi, affettati e formaggi. Ottimo servizio da parte di tutto il personale, soprattutto da parte di due camerieri molto simpatici: stiamo parlando del bravo e simpatico Paolo, professionale, con servizio di alta qualità, e allo stesso tempo anche scherzoso e amichevole con i clienti, e di Cristina, molto simpatica anche lei, amichevole e sempre sorridente.

Ristorante ottimo, con piatti buonissimi, cucinati molto bene, carni di qualità (tagli di carne pregiati), pesce buonissimo e fresco, piatti abbondanti e camerieri che assicurano un ottimo servizio e che sanno molto bene abbinare la professionalità con l’essere amichevoli e mettere il cliente a suo agio, e che sanno veramente creare una bellissima atmosfera e offrire qualità da tutti i punti di vista.

Da aggiungere anche una nota personale su una cosa che ho notato: rispetto ad altri ristoranti, il personale di Frankie lavora con piacere ed è sempre sorridente e di buon umore. Anche quando li vedi alla fine della serata, mentre rimangono un po’ tra di loro, sembrano avere ottimi rapporti come colleghi, e questa cosa influisce molto positivamente sull’atmosfera generale del locale, trasmettendo questa positività anche verso il cliente. Un piccolo dettaglio, ma che, personalmente, ritengo abbia una notevole importanza.

Siamo andati da loro a mangiare quasi ogni sera durante il tempo della nostra vacanza e siamo stati accolti sempre da un ottimo personale, e soprattutto dai simpaticissimi Paolo e Cristina. Ottimo Paolo, cameriere professionale che ama il suo mestiere e sa consigliare il cliente su tutti i piatti del menù; è molto accogliente e sa anche intrattenersi con i clienti e metterli a loro agio. Cristina, simpaticissima presenza, molto disponibile, e anche lei si distingue per la sua attenzione verso il cliente ed è molto accogliente e professionale.

Ottimo anche il dolce della casa: una ciambella aromatizzata, soffice e dal gusto fine. Liquirizia e limoncello molto buoni.

Tutto sommato, si mangia veramente bene, e tanto, a prezzi onesti, e il loro modo di trattare il cliente fa sentire che si è passata una...
