McDonald's — Restaurant in Romagnano Sesia

One of the worst experiences that i ever had in a McDonald's. First off all yesterday 16.07.2023 the touch screen machine that you use for ordering didn't work, only 3 devices for all the people that were inside. After you finally get your turn to order there is no employee next to this machine to tell you that they are not giving you the recipe with what you ordered and for what you paid (card payment). Finally I saw an employee and I asked about the order and he told me that i need to redo the order and to pay at the desk. After I did it I went to the cashier and paid . In 1 minute my order was ready but the girl was looking for a different number that i have from the recipe that the cashier gave me (149 was the number from card payment and 151 was the number from the cashier recipe). I go to my car with my order and i think to check my card balance because when I pay for the first time at the touch screen machine the device tells me transaction success. Long story short i've been charged for 2 menus and the cashier didn't want to cancel my second order because i have already paid with a credit card (both) and in the end i was "forced" to eat 2 menus. During my travels in Italy, I did the unthinkable: I left my backpack filled with highly valuable items at the McDonald's. I was almost certain I had lost everything. However, thanks to the exceptional honesty and integrity of an employee named Carolina, my backpack was safely and intact kept until I could return to retrieve it. Locale piuttosto grande, molti tavolini sia al coperto che all'aperto. Personale disponibile e gentile. Alle 20 della domenica era molto affollato. Mobilio un po' consunto dal tempo e dall'uso intenso, che per quanto possa essere pulito, non da nessun confort sull'ambiente. Panini come da classico menù ordinabili anche online (il sistema funziona bene). Purtroppo lamento la solita poca gratificazione nel vedere i prodotti da consumare quando sono sul vassoio perchè la quantità di ingredienti è davvero minima e alla vista sono prodotti assemblati con incuranza. Su segnalazione ci hanno sostituito velocemente un wrap che era stato riempito solo per metà. I prezzi non sono proporzionati secondo me al prodotto. Per quanto il personale fosse intensamente impegnato nelle preparazioni e consegne, secondo me non è numericamente adeguato al numero dei clienti. I cestini erano stracolmi e hanno dovuto aggiungere un sacco nero appeso per non lasciar cadere in terra i residui delle consumazioni.
