Had two visits to this place
1st visit - was sat next to a large family being very loud and rude, my wife constantly had backsides in her face and we had to leave our food because we couldn’t hear each other without shouting when sat next to each other. Would have been nice for the staff to ask them to sit down and stop shouting.
2nd visit - this was our last night and thought we would try late when it was quiet. Sat down and asked for a tea, I was told they don’t do tea when I had a tea on the first visit, the two guys sitting next to us on the next table also ordered the carbonara, the food all come out together, the difference was they had a very very large helping and gave us very little and free bread. The guys next to us seem to be locals. So my advice to any visitors to eat in the hotel where locals don’t go or there is a smashing restaurant British owned on the main strip...

Waiting staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Pasta and Pizza highly recommended. We had intended to try various evening eateries but having come to Ivan’s; couldn’t go anywhere else! Some may find the TV off-putting but we just reminded ourselves this was a locals restaurant and we...
Read moreVisited yesterday, 13th April 2024. Menu is only available via QR code reader. Which is not publicisied outside the restaurant. So what is the alternative if you don't have a smart phone? The QR code takes you to an online order form, which informs that there is a 1.50€ per person service charge. Started order via QR, table didn't have a number to enter, waiter then said he'd take the order. Two 66cl beers and 1 pizza 21.50€ including service charge. Had to ask for large beer glasses (otherwise, we would have had to use 2 small wine glasses) and 2 plates to share the pizza. Wood oven pizza, but slightly burnt around one edge. Best part was the spicy salami. Otherwise, it was just a margarita. Staff were not very...
