Burger King Roma Tintoretto — Restaurant in Rome

I recently placed a delivery order at Burger King, expecting the usual quick service. However, I was utterly disappointed when my food did not arrive until two hours later! It is absolutely unbelievable that it took this long to prepare just two double whopper meals. It is supposed to be FAST food, for goodness sake! This kind of delay is unacceptable and has left me very dissatisfied with Burger King's service. I will not be ordering from here again anytime soon. Unfortunately this time the quality was not what is expected. Chicken wrap had no tomatoes. The guy making it had no gloves or was not even using the food tongs for the salad, while making the king toast everything was taken with his barehand: cheese, bread, prosciutto. ESPERIENZA TRAUMATICA, in tre persone abbiamo deciso di pranzare in un giorno infrasettimanale in questo birger king, mai è stata fatta scelta più sbagliata... abbiamo ordinato 3 menù arrivati dopo poco più di un ora, per ordinare i totem multimediali non funzionavano poiché non emettevano scontrini (la carta era finita), allora dopo aver segnalato il problema al personale, ci siamo sentiti rispondere con tono arrogante "già lo sappiamo", ma nessuno ha fatto nulla per rimediare al problema... allora ci siamo spostati alla cassa dove non c'era personale a cui pagare, e la coda di allungava sempre di più, finche dopo solamente 26 minuti esatti è arrivata la cassiera, la nostra esperienza però non è finita qui, poiché una volta seduti al tavolo abbiamo dovuto aspettare un altra ora prima di poter ricevere i nostri panini! personale assolutamente impreparato, scortese e carente nel servizio, all'interno della sala non eravamo gli unici a lamentarsi della troppa attesa. sicuramente non ci torneremo, questo punto vendita rischia di mettere in cattiva luce il marchio della...
