I recently had the pleasure of dining at California Cookhouse in Rome, Italy, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The quality and taste of the food were truly exceptional. While I was particularly impressed by the mouthwatering burgers, everything on the menu was equally delicious. Every bite had a rich flavor and was clearly made from top-quality ingredients.

Unfortunately, the service at this place was extremely disappointing. I came in yesterday and the girl with long black hair at the counter clearly had no intention of actually serving customers. She saw me standing and waiting, but instead of taking my order, she was wandering around, doing anything but her job — even getting cozy with someone behind the counter and just she was standing hugging someone while a customer waited at the counter for a long time..

When I finally spoke up and said I wanted to order, she rolled her eyes and rudely replied with a dismissive “ONE MINUTE”, shaking her head. That kind of attitude makes it really hard to want to come back, even if the burger is good.

Speaking of the food — the burger was tasty, but the patty in the middle was undercooked.
