DOC Pizza — Restaurant in Rome

I am a foreigner who still learning Italian, forgive me that my Italian is limited, today i tried to call the restaurant, there was a man answering me. I said i wanted to order a pizza, he answered me something, but my Italian is bad so i replied “Non capito, scusa” But he replied the same words again and again, Finally he hang off the call （ps. in a really impolite way）, after that i asked my Italian friend why he did like this, my friend said maybe he meaned they're not opening yet（The open time is 17.30 i called around 17.25）. I think this is not the reason that he can be so impolite, at least use another way to tell me this information. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. Sorry if i bothered you before, hope everything will...

On holiday in Rome from England and came to visit for dinner and the staff were so lovely to us especially the receptionist. Despite neither of us speaking the same language they ensured we knew what we were ordering and were so polite and kind to us. This place has incredible pizza (and prices) you have to try the deep fried crab claws!! The table outside is so nice to eat at. Whilst roaming the area a few of the other restaurants didn’t seem friendly to tourists but this place welcomed us with open arms. Go eat here and you’ll be coming back...

Esperienza pessima, abbiamo chiamato il locale alle 19 ordinando una pala di pizza, la ragazza al telefono ci ha detto che avrebbero consegnato alle 20.40, alle 21 non vedendo arrivare nessuno richiamo e mi viene detto che la pizza stava uscendo 10 minuti e sarebbero arrivati, alle 21.20 non vendendo arrivare ancora nessuno richiamo e mi viene risposto sempre dalla ragazza che era una serata "cosi" ovviamente ho disdetto l ordine e mi è stato risposto con un ok va bene. Se questo è il modo di gestire la clientela alzo le mani, ripeto un ritardo di 10 minuti ci può anche stare ma questo è prendere in giro le persone. Zero professionalità.
