Pinsa Bianca - Pizzeria Friggitoria e Tavola calda — Restaurant in Rome

Really great place for real and authentic Pinsa (google it but it's predecessor of pizza with much better dough base), much better than the Campsite pizza joke... The staff is very friendly, sometimes with only little English but very helpful. The place works that you can either pick from pinsa variants which they have allready made or get one made fresh to order. You can combine three variants on one pinsa and the size is great for 4 people dinner. The cost of such size pinsa is around €17, otherwise they sell them by weight and you can combine many variants. There are few tables inside, few outside or you can have takeaway. They have some other traditional fried dishes and you can get cold drinks...

Went here at lunch whilst staying at the camping village up the road about a 5 minute drive, the area looks a bit run down, but the restaurant was actually top notch, can do take away or sit in, inside is basic but spotlessly clean and the service was friendly, there's great choice of options, as well as pizza there are some local small options and sides/small bites. We were the only non Italians in there yet a steady stream of locals coming in for lunch take away. The pizza was delicious with clearly fresh ingredients and decent size and good price. Don't be put off by the area, its a local place but super welcoming to even not Italian speakers and...

Sono stato ospite presso la pizzeria "Pinsa Bianca" e desidero condividere le mie impressioni per offrire un feedback costruttivo sia alla struttura che ai futuri avventori. Iniziamo dagli aspetti positivi: i fritti sono stati ottimi, ben preparati e gustosi, rappresentando un buon inizio per la cena. Anche il condimento delle pinse si è rivelato non malvagio, con ingredienti di qualità apprezzabile. Tuttavia, il punto dolente dell'esperienza è stata proprio la pinsa, che, a mio avviso, non ha rispecchiato le aspettative legate a questo tipo di prodotto. Le pinse servite a tutti i commensali (ne ho contate più di 10) presentavano la stessa conformazione: bassissima e molto dura. Questo è in netto contrasto con l'idea di pinsa che conosco, che dovrebbe essere morbida e alta, con una consistenza più soffice e alveolata. Non so se sia stata una serata "no" per l'impasto, ma la secchezza generalizzata ha compromesso il piacere della degustazione. Spero che questa recensione possa essere utile alla struttura per valutare eventuali aggiustamenti nella preparazione della pinsa, e ai futuri clienti per avere un quadro più chiaro di...
