While in Rome, my view on pizza has been constantly shifting and changing, but wow, I never thought pizza can go this far (in a positive sense of the word). Imagine this: pizza with ricotta, home made basil pesto, hot sauce made of (if I remember correctly): onion, garlic, chili, tomato and turmeric and to bind all this stuff up, there is also purple cabbage from south of Italy! Wow. Just wow. Just to mention that I actually don't like cooked cabbage, but wow, this tasted good! We were also given a slice of sesame focaccia to taste and, needless to say, it was the best sesame focaccia you could think of. This place also takes much pride in the origin of their ingredients, which are very carefully selected and/or organic....
