Eating in Italy is always a pleasure and eating in Rome even more so. There were wonderful meals to be had all over the city and we loved them all, but Ferro won a special place in our hearts. The food was incredible, their wine options perfect for pairing with the amazing dishes and the warmth from their owners made us feel more than welcome in the multiple times we dined there. A true hidden gem.

Well let me introduce you to this Cheeseburger from Ferro Officina del Gusto. Truly delicious. And the fried potatoes - added to the magic. If you ever find yourself in Gemelli near the Courtyard by Marriott Rome Central Park - try it. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice Roman restaurant within walking distance from the Gemelli station (& Courtyard Inn Central Park). Was here a couple times and the pasta dishes were consistently good with reasonable prices. The dessert with three liquor soaked balls (which they also sell in bottles) was excellent. 4.5 stars - highly recommended if in the area.
