We recently finished an incredible trip around Italy and spent our last night staying in Fiumicino before an early morning flight from Rome airport. We weren’t expecting much from a quick overnight stop, but this new restaurant completely surprised and delighted us — it ended up being one of our most memorable meals of the trip!
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family. The staff was exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive. The owner personally came over to greet us, and you could feel how much passion and care they put into their work. Even though we didn’t have a reservation for a tasting menu, they offered to customize one for us — and it was spectacular. Each dish showcased fresh, inventive flavors with a focus on seafood.
Highlights included a bright and perfectly balanced ricotta lemon risotto topped with oysters, fresh pastas cooked al dente with creative, delicate sauces, and perfectly prepared fish. The homemade bread was so good we couldn’t stop eating it, and of course, the Negroni was spot-on.

Location molto elegante e dai dettagli ricercati per, rendere l' atmosfera del locale, super accogliente.
