Giano Bistrot — Restaurant in Rome

We enjoyed the cocktails. There were three types of martinis on the menu, each with its own unique character. We particularly liked the martini made with oyster water, which comes with an oyster on the side, allowing for an enjoyable cocktail pairing. This has become a favorite of ours, and we order it every time. The melon-flavored martini paired with prosciutto is also outstanding, making it hard to choose a favorite. While the classic cocktails are fantastic, the bartenders here are highly skilled and experienced, so you can also ask for something unique based on your preferences. We've discovered new favorites this way and found them to be delicious. The staff is very friendly, making it a comfortable hotel bar experience.

On Thursdays and Saturdays, dinner time features a DJ set, creating a great atmosphere.

There's also a well-regarded seafood menu, so we're looking forward to dining here during dinner time on...

We stayed at the Villa Ziccardi for a week and this Restaurant Giano Bistrot is situated next door.... what a beautiful reataurant, food and service. Virginia & Edwardo where wonderful attendants to us over the week , we come from Australia & they were very attentive , had a good chat & laugh with us ✨️ Coming from a hopsitality industry oursleves they were perfect 👌 thankyou to you both!!! Il ristorante di Giano è un ristorante molto carino, dove mio nipote ha fatto la prima comunione. Tutto molto bello in una semplice struttura con una terrazza. CIBO: Il cibo era soprattutto a base di pesce, ma non mancavano le pietanze tipiche del territorio. Il menu era formato da: aperitivo di benvenuto antipasto -due primi a base di pesce e per il menu bimbi pasta al sugo un secondo con condimento di insalata fresca e per il menu bimbi cotoletta con patatine fritte frutta -dolce ( noi abbiamo scelto la torta ) caffè Il tutto molto buono. SERVIZIO: Il personale era buono e simpatico, che ci ha fatto fare moltissime fotografie, in quanto era molto veloce nel preparare il cibo, quindi abbiamo fatto molto presto. Rispetto all'altra comunione che c'era si sono dedicati soprattutto a noi. LOCATION E AMBIENTE: La location era a circonvallazione gianicolense e vicino al parco di largo Ravizza ed è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. L'ambiente era ben curato e con un giardino spazioso. Noi abbiamo mangiato sulla terrazza, in un unico grande tavolo ( nonostante la 15ina di persone) comunque tutto bello. COSTO: Il costo del locale è di 80 euro a persona. Nonostante il prezzo fosse un po' caro va tutto bene.
