Gran Bar — Restaurant in Rome

Their delivery time says 20 minutes but it is more likely to take at least 2 hours. In addition to this my last time ordering they never came. I sat outside in the sun waiting for them. They claim to have contacted me but I never received a single notification from the app nor a single phone call from them to a number I have verified by deliveroo. To make matters worse they pay deliveroo for sponsorship which means deliveroo will take their side if they choose to show and they will just keep your money. I feel very much like I have been robbed by this place and I warn anyone else to be aware of this if ordering from here. Ordinato panini tramite Deliveroo; consegna fatta con 40 minuti di ritardo. Il panino FUORI MENU (Patanegra + pomodoro grattugiato), mi spiace dirlo ma è stato deludente. Il pomodoro era inacidito ed il Patanegra emetteva un odore sospetto e poco gradevole, sinonimo che è stato conservato male (forse ha preso calore). Il panino con bufala, pomodoro e pesto di basilico abbastanza anonimo, condimenti un po’ scarsi. Mi spiace ragazzi, mi aspettavo di più. Capisco che faccia caldo, capisco difficoltà lavorative sui tempi di consegna, capisco tutto ma quando ordino un panino che costa quasi 17 euro pretendo che mi sia consegnato un prodotto eccellente; di eccellenza ho trovato ben poco ed è davvero un gran peccato.
